Born and bred in Cornwall, Louise has gained a wealth of knowledge in the local hospitality, food and drinks sectors. Having grown up in a number of family-owned businesses, she became a restaurant manager by the age of 20 and has more than 15 years of Learning and Development experience in food, hospitality, business and teaching.
Louise has worked for the top training providers in Cornwall, specialising in work-based learning. She has created and delivered bespoke training for Rick Stein’s, St Austell Brewery, Warren’s Bakery, Tulip Foods Ltd, Domino’s Pizza, Roskilly’s, Morrison’s, Mitie and the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust, among others.

Falmouth-based Jonathan has more than 20 years of experience within the food and drinks sector, working with global brands such as Coca Cola.
Having held a variety of roles, ranging from regional sales management to national account management, Jonathan has led and developed high-performing teams by providing effective coaching and mentoring support. Along with sales management, Jonathan has a significant track record in business management, team development and contract negotiations.

Carrie was appointed to Cornwall Food Foundation in January 2019 following an extensive career within the public sector working for the UK Ministry of Defence and Boeing Defence UK. She has a strong background in continuous improvement, business development and employee involvement.
Carrie brings with her an experienced background in developing and delivering a variety of training including continuous improvement methodologies, facilitator skills and personal development. Carrie also has a wealth of knowledge in IT, process analysis and technical process documentation.

David is the finance director and deputy chief executive of the Cornwall Food Foundation and Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall.
He is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of business sectors, ranging from engineering, manufacturing and construction to vegetable growing. He has previously held roles as senior finance manager at SEF Ltd, a large-scale vegetable grower and packer based in Cornwall and as the Chief Executive of the North Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
