Support us to make great things happen.

In it together

We’re all about support. We started out by supporting young people who needed a second chance and direction in life with our Fifteen Cornwall Training Programme. We’ve now expanded to help people of all ages, along with communities and businesses, to make meaningful change using food as a tool.

We couldn’t do it without the support of other people, groups and businesses helping us along the way. Big love to you all! X

Support us

Whether you’ve got plenty of time to spare, expertise to share, or a whole lot of passion, there are lots of different ways in which you can support us.

Give a gift

Would you be willing to support us with a donation? Your gift will help us to continue to empower people to make positive change in their lives.

Give your time

Do you have expertise that would help our participants? If you are an individual or business that could teach a new skill or host a taster day, we’d love to hear from you.

Give someone a chance

Do you have a place in your business for a work experience placement? We work with some amazing people who are improving their knowledge and skills. Often, all they need to break into a career is the chance of real-life work experience. Could you provide this?

Give resources

Could you help us with resources like cooking equipment, or even provide locations for events like our FoodWorks courses?

Without the Watergate Bay Hotel, Fifteen Cornwall would never have happened – the project was conceived, supported and financially backed by this forward-thinking business.

The restaurant staff have been fully kitted out in super-cool White Stuff clothing and they provide all our fabulous trainee chefs with their uniforms. We are the chosen charity for White Stuff Truro which supports us through the White Stuff Foundation by hosting a series of fundraising events in their shop throughout the year.

Tinder-Box works with us to provide personal coaching and team development to the trainees. Supporting them both during their apprenticeship and as they transition into their first professional roles outside of Fifteen. Insights support us by providing a Discovery Personal Profile for each trainee.

Liberty Wines importers organise and generously cover the costs of our trainee chef trip to Italy each year.

Kin Knives present one of their top-quality Japanese knives to the top trainee in each quarter of the year-long practical element of the programme.
