This page is to recognise all our amazing funders and supporters, some who have been with us from the start and some who support us now. This is our way of saying thanks; we couldn’t do it without their support.
We’d like to thank the following organisations and businesses for their generous support and belief in our Crowdfunder campaign for FoodWorks:
Big love goes out to all our fabulous friends who support our Apprentice Programme at Fifteen Cornwall:
Kin Knives are top quality Japanese knives and the company has kindly agreed to support the Cornwall Food Foundation by donating 4 knives a year. Every three months, a knife will be presented to the top apprentice of that quarter.
In little over a decade Liberty Wines has established itself as one of the UK’s foremost wine importers. Liberty Wines organise and generously cover the costs of our apprentice’s trip to Italy each year.
The gallery have very generously been supporting us over the last 12 months through fundraising events and raffles. They also very kindly supported our FoodWorks crowdfunder campaign, helping us to reach our overall target in June.
Savoy Educational Trust
The Savoy Educational Trust have funded our 10th cohort of apprentices this year by covering costs for chef whites. This equipment is vital for our apprentices in enabling them to complete their qualifications VRQ Level 1 and NVQ Level 2, both in the kitchen and at college.
Simon Burt photography
Local photographer Simon Burt has been working with Fifteen Cornwall since the very beginning and supports us by providing the first shots of the new recruits for free every year. Simon has over 20 years’ experience as a professional photographer and maintains an impressive list of commissions by delivering effective, powerful and iconic images to his clients. He has been a continued supporter of the Apprentice Programme over the years.
Tinder-Box work with us to provide personal coaching and team development to the apprentices. Supporting them both during their apprenticeship and as they transition into their first professional roles outside of Fifteen. Insights support us by providing a Discovery Personal Profile for each apprentice.
Watergate Bay Hotel
Without the Watergate Bay Hotel, Fifteen Cornwall would never have happened – the project was conceived, supported and financially backed by this forward thinking business.
Fifteen Cornwall is supported by White Stuff. The restaurant staff have been fully kitted out in super-cool White Stuff clothing and they provide all our fabulous girls, and boys, with their uniforms. We are the chosen charity for White Stuff Truro who continue to support us through the White Stuff Foundation by hosting a series of fundraising events in their shop throughout the year.
